GEM and JD.com forge strategic overseas supply chain pact

GEM Co., Ltd. [SZSE:002340] announced a strategic collaboration framework agreement with Beijing Jingdong Digital Intelligence Industry Technology Co., Ltd. (JD Industrial) on April 18, 2025. The partnership aims to stabilize overseas supply chains, assist in export-to-domestic sales, and upgrade supply chain intelligence. GEM plans to procure no less than CNY 5 billion worth of goods through JD Industrial's platform, including equipment, materials, and instruments, supporting GEM's international green industrial park in Indonesia. The collaboration will involve establishing matrix-style supply guarantee systems, optimizing IT infrastructure, and building rapid response systems for enterprises expanding into Southeast Asia. This agreement is intended to strengthen GEM's supply chain and promote high-quality development, aligning with the company's long-term strategic goals.
