Zotye Automobile supervisor Lou Guohai resigns

Zotye Automobile (SZSE:000980) announced the resignation of Supervisor Lou Guohai, effective immediately. Lou Guohai's departure, attributed to personal work reasons, will leave the supervisory board below the legal minimum until a replacement is elected at the upcoming shareholders' meeting, though he is required to continue to fulfill his responsibilities until the election. His original term was due to end on February 16, 2025. The company stated that Lou Guohai holds no company shares and has no outstanding commitments to the company. Zotye Automobile expressed its gratitude for Lou Guohai's contributions during his tenure. The announcement was made by Zotye Automobile's Supervisory Board on April 16, 2025.
