Vanke to redeem "20 Vanke 04" corporate bonds

Vanke Co., Ltd. [SZSE:000002] announced it will redeem all outstanding "20 Vanke 04" corporate bonds. The redemption, applying to bondholders registered by the close of trading on May 16, 2025, will occur on May 19, 2025, with proceeds of CNY 103.45 per bond, inclusive of current period interest. The bonds carry a current coupon of 3.45% and a par value of CNY 1,000. The redemption is consistent with the bond's terms, which included an issuer redemption option at the end of the 5th year. China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Shenzhen Branch will handle the redemption process.
