Raycus proposes dividend, reviews 2024 performance, and announces key personnel change

Wuhan Raycus Fiber Laser Technologies (SZSE:300747) announced plans for a cash dividend and reported on its 2024 performance and strategic shifts, despite a challenging year. The company proposes a cash dividend of CNY 0.18 per 10 shares, totaling CNY 10.17 million, subject to shareholder approval. While this allocation reflects a commitment to shareholder returns, it follows a year in which Raycus experienced a 13.11% revenue decrease, with annual revenues reported at CNY 3,197.31 million. Net profit attributable to shareholders also declined by 38.24% to CNY 134.27 million.
