Tianqi Lithium completes CNY 307.05m bond repayment

Tianqi Lithium Corp (SZSE:002466) announced the successful completion of the repayment for its first-phase short-term financing bonds issued on April 12, 2024. The total repayment amount, which includes principal and interest, reached CNY 307,050,000.00. The bonds, with an initial issuance amount of CNY 300 million and an interest rate of 2.35%, had a one-year term. The scheduled repayment date of April 12, 2025, was shifted to April 14, 2025, due to the original date falling on a weekend.
