Sanhua elects new board, approves key business initiatives

Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls (SZSE:002050) announced the resolutions passed at its 2024 Annual General Meeting, signaling a strategic direction for the coming year. Shareholders elected a new board of directors, comprising both independent and non-independent members, and greenlit key management appointments. The newly elected board includes Zhang Yabo, Wang Dayong, Ren Jintu, Ni Xiaoming, Chen Yuzhong, Zhang Shaobo as non-independent directors, and Shi Jianhui, Bao Ensi, Pan Yalan, and Ge Jun as independent directors. Zhang Yabo was subsequently appointed as Chairman.
