Risen Energy (SZSE:300118) announced that its controlling shareholder, Lin Haifeng, pledged a total of 18,900,000 shares in two separate transactions on April 14, 2025. The pledges, involving 13,400,000 and 5,500,000 shares respectively, represent 6.68% of Lin Haifeng’s total holdings and 1.66% of the company's total share capital.
