Hisense Home Appliances invests CNY 2.34bn in wealth products

Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000921) announced that between December 27, 2024, and April 16, 2025, its subsidiaries, Air Conditioning Marketing Company and Refrigerator Marketing Company, subscribed to Huaxia Wealth Management products for a total of CNY 2.34 billion. The investments are made under agreements with Huaxia Wealth Management, using the group's own idle funds. The Board considers these transactions to be on normal commercial terms and in the interests of the company and its shareholders. The investments are classified as discloseable transactions according to Shenzhen Stock Exchange listing rules, triggering reporting and announcement requirements. The funds will be invested in domestic fixed-income financial instruments.
