Shanxi Meijin's top shareholder partially releases, renews share pledge

Shanxi Meijin Energy (SZSE:000723) announced that its largest shareholder, Meijin Energy Group, has undergone a partial release and renewed pledge of company shares. Specifically, 780,000 shares were released and re-pledged to the Industrial Bank of China Tianjin Branch on April 11, 2025. Additionally, 20,520,000 shares were released from pledge to the same entity, as well as 18,220,000 shares were newly pledged to the same bank for financing purposes.
