Satellite Petrochemical approves all resolutions at 2024 AGM

Zhejiang Satellite Petrochemical (SZSE:002648) announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Key approvals included the 2024 work reports for both the board of directors and the supervisory board, the 2024 financial statements, the 2024 annual report and summary, and the 2024 profit distribution plan. Shareholders also approved resolutions regarding foreign exchange hedging, commodity derivatives hedging, external guarantee limits, and the shareholder return plan for the next three years (2025-2027). All director and supervisor compensation proposals were approved. The meeting was attended by 635 shareholders representing 62.1928% of the company's total shares. The resolutions were passed via a combination of on-site and online voting.
