ORG Technology's acquisition of COFCO Packaging progresses

ORG Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002701) announced significant progress in its major asset restructuring involving the acquisition of COFCO Packaging. As of April 14, 2025, the mandatory acquisition of COFCO Packaging shares is proceeding as planned without further objections, with completion expected on April 17, 2025. Furthermore, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) has approved the delisting of COFCO Packaging's shares, effective from 9:00 AM on April 22, 2025. ORG Technology is executing the acquisition through its subsidiary, Beijing Huarui Fengquan Management Consulting Co., Ltd, aiming to acquire all outstanding shares of COFCO Packaging via a voluntary conditional cash offer.
