CATL discloses top shareholder holdings amid buyback plan

Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. (CATL) (SZSE:300750) has released details of its top ten shareholders and top ten shareholders without trading restrictions, as of April 3, 2025, in connection with its proposed share repurchase program. The buyback, approved on April 7, 2025, will utilize between CNY4 billion and CNY8 billion of the company's funds to repurchase shares via centralized bidding, intended for equity incentive plans or employee stock ownership programs.
