Beijing Supermap delays 2024 annual and Q1 2025 reports

Beijing Supermap Software Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300036) announced a delay in the release of its 2024 annual report and first-quarter 2025 report. The company initially scheduled the release of the 2024 annual report for April 3, 2025, but anticipates being unable to meet this deadline due to workflow delays. These delays are attributed to significant organizational changes within the company, including the establishment of matrix structures and related changes to performance assessment rules which resulted in delays related to finance-related data. Consequently, the company has applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to postpone the annual report's release to April 16, 2025. This date was further delayed to April 23, 2025. The release of the first-quarter 2025 report will also be postponed to April 29, 2025. The company confirms that there are currently no required modifications to its 2024 preliminary earnings forecast. Beijing Supermap affirms that its operations remain normal and expresses apologies to investors for any inconvenience caused by the reporting delays.
