Zongshen Power to hold 2024 annual general meeting

Chongqing Zongshen Power Machinery (SZSE:001696) has announced it will hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 21, 2025. The meeting, approved by the board on March 28, will address key issues including the 2024 annual report, financial results, profit distribution, internal controls, and the reappointment of Tianjian Certified Public Accountants as auditors. Shareholders of record by April 14 are eligible to attend and vote, either in person at the Chongqing offices, or remotely via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system and online voting platform during specified hours on April 21. Related parties, including Chongqing Zongshen Offshore Development Co., Ltd. and certain individuals, will abstain from voting on the proposed financial services framework agreement. The company will provide separate vote counting for small and medium investors on resolutions.
