Yunnan Energy New Material (SZSE:002812) has announced updates regarding intra-group guarantees and share pledge activities by key shareholders. The company has provided guarantees for subsidiaries, including CNY 10,000,000 for Wuxi Enjie New Material via a guarantee with China Merchants Bank, CNY 10,000,000 for Yunnan Hongta Plastic via a guarantee with China Minsheng Bank, CNY 6,000,000 and CNY 1,000,000 to its subsidiary Hongta Plastic via guarantees with China Merchants Bank.
