Bengang Steel Plates establishes green resources subsidiary

Bengang Steel Plates (SZSE:000761) announced the completion of industrial and commercial registration for its new subsidiary, Green Resources (Benxi), established through a joint investment with Angang Green Gold Industry Development Co. The subsidiary, with a registered capital of CNY60 million, will be 51% owned by Bengang Steel Plates through an investment of CNY30.6 million, and 49% owned by Angang Green Gold Industry Development Co. with CNY29.4 million. Green Resources (Benxi) will engage in the processing and sale of renewable resources, including scrap metal. Additionally, Bengang Steel Plates will hold its 2024 financial performance presentation on April 16, 2025.
