AVIC Jonhon Optronic Technology announced the completion of its registered capital reduction and the revision of its Articles of Association, as approved in previous board and shareholder meetings. The company has completed the necessary industrial and commercial change registration procedures and filed the amendments to its Articles of Association with the Luoyang Market Supervision and Administration Bureau.
