Yicheng New Energy shareholder meeting approves all resolutions

Henan Yicheng New Energy (SZSE:300080) announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on April 11, 2025. Key resolutions approved include the 2024 Board of Directors work report, the 2024 Supervisory Board work report, the 2024 annual report and summary, the 2024 financial statements, and the plan for 2024 impairment provision. Shareholders also approved the 2024 profit distribution plan, confirmation of 2024 daily related-party transactions, the company's application for a CNY2025 comprehensive credit line from banks, and the provision of guarantees for financing of subsidiaries. In addition, resolutions covered providing guarantees related to subsidiary financing leases, payments of guarantee fees to the controlling shareholder, plans for asset pool operations, specific reports on the placement and usage of CNY2024 raised funds, the re-appointment of the 2025 auditor, director compensation, and the 2025-2027 shareholder return plan. The meeting was attended by shareholders representing 64.13% of the company's shares.
