Shaoneng Group shareholder Zhaowei Hengfa pledges entire stake

Guangdong Shaoneng Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000601) announced that its second-largest shareholder, Shenzhen Zhaowei Hengfa Energy Co., Ltd., has pledged its entire holding of 141,612,134 shares. This represents 13.11% of the total shares of Shaoneng Group. The pledged shares consist of unrestricted shares. 44,429,100 shares were pledged to Shenzhen Changfeng Industrial Co., Ltd. to supplement working capital, while the rest were pledged to Shenzhen Xinyinuo Industry Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Lixun Investment Co., Ltd. The announcement, dated April 11, 2025, revealed that Zhaowei Hengfa's stake is now fully encumbered.
