Yunnan Energy: Shareholders pledge and release shares

Yunnan Energy New Material (SZSE:002812) announced that shareholders Paul Xiaoming Lee and Li Xiaohua have undertaken share pledge and release transactions. Paul Xiaoming Lee pledged 20,000,000 shares, representing 15.57% of his holdings and 2.06% of the company's total share capital, with a pledge period from April 10, 2025, to March 27, 2026. Li Xiaohua pledged 11,500,000 shares, accounting for 16.65% of his holdings and 1.19% of the company's total share capital, also from April 10, 2025, to March 27, 2026.
