Shanghai Fullhan Microelectronics (SZSE:300613) reported fiscal year 2024 performance, proposing a cash dividend and transitioning to a new auditing firm. The company achieved operating revenue of CNY1.79 billion and a net profit attributable to shareholders of CNY257.65 million, marking a 2.04% year-over-year increase. Basic and diluted earnings per share both reached CNY1.12. The board has proposed a cash dividend of CNY1.20 per 10 shares.
