Sealand Securities (SZSE: 000750) announced the resignation of its Chairman, He Chunmei, on April 10, 2025. The resignation, attributed to a job transfer, includes her roles as chair of the board's strategy and ESG committee, member of the remuneration and nomination committee, and legal representative. To ensure a smooth transition, He Chunmei will continue in her roles until a new chairman is elected. Upon her official departure, she will no longer hold any position within the company or its subsidiaries. The company confirmed that He Chunmei's departure does not reduce the board members below the statutory minimum and will not disrupt normal operations. He Chunmei has served as Chairman since 2014.
