Maxscend Microelectronics faces patent lawsuits from Murata Manufacturing

Maxscend Microelectronics (SZSE:300782) has announced that it is involved in several patent infringement lawsuits initiated by Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The lawsuits, filed in both South Korea and China, allege infringement of specific patents related to filter products. The South Korean lawsuit, filed in the Seoul Central District Court, seeks an injunction and damages totaling KRW 100 million. The company estimates litigation expenses, including attorney fees, at CNY 1,704,000.
