Infogem Technologies guarantees CNY 20m for subsidiary

Shenzhen Infogem Technologies (SZSE:300085) announced that it will provide a guarantee for its subsidiary, Beijing E-Wing Technology, up to a maximum of CNY 20 million. The guarantee is a連帶責任 guarantee provided to Beijing Bank, Zhongguancun Branch, in relation to a comprehensive credit agreement between the bank and Beijing E-Wing. This guarantee falls within the approved guarantee amount for Beijing E-Wing, as authorized by the company's shareholders at the 2023 annual general meeting. As of the announcement date, Infogem Technologies' total outstanding guarantees amount to CNY 85 million, representing 12.72% of the company's latest audited net assets. All guarantees are for the benefit of the company's subsidiaries.
