Winall Hi-Tech Seed announces change in sponsor representative

Winall Hi-Tech Seed has received notification from Guoyuan Securities regarding a change in its sponsor representative for continuous supervision related to the company's 2021 private placement of shares. Due to retirement, Ms. Jia Mei will no longer serve in the role. Guoyuan Securities has appointed Mr. Yu Zhiyuan to succeed her, joining Mr. Huang Bin as the co-sponsor representative. The change will not impact the ongoing supervisory work. The company expressed its gratitude to Ms. Jia for her contributions during her tenure. The continuous supervision period will continue until all obligations stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange are fulfilled.
