Talkweb Information to release restricted shares into market

Talkweb Information System (SZSE:002261) announced the release of 12,036,698 restricted shares into circulation, representing 0.96% of the company's total equity. These shares, stemming from a 2015 non-public offering, will become tradable on April 15th, 2025. The single shareholder involved, Shenzhen Daixiaohong Trading, holds shares that were previously subject to restrictions following a court-ordered auction. Talkweb confirmed that Dai Xiaohong met its CNY 7,284,448.00 performance obligation by reimbursing the company for the past transgressions of its predecessor, Haiyuntian Holdings. China Securities Co., Ltd. verified that Dai Xiaohong satisfied all regulatory requirements, and holds no restrictions on trading under current market policies.
