Sungrow Power's controlling shareholder pledges shares; buyback plan announced

Sungrow Power Supply (SZSE:300274) announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Cao Renxian, has pledged 1.65 million shares, representing 0.26% of his holdings and 0.08% of the company's total share capital, to Huatai Securities for personal capital needs. This pledge is for a term from April 7, 2025, to April 7, 2026. Following the pledge, Cao Renxian's total pledged shares amount to 3.4585 million shares, accounting for 5.48% of his holdings and 1.67% of Sungrow's total share capital.
