Kuang-Chi Technologies: Actual controller's stake reduced slightly

Kuang-Chi Technologies [SZSE:002625] announced that the equity held by its actual controller, Liu Ruopeng, has decreased by 2.07%. This change occurred because of alterations in the shareholder structure of Shenzhen Kuang-Chi Space Technology, which indirectly holds shares in Kuang-Chi Technologies. As a result, Liu Ruopeng no longer controls the 2.07% of Kuang-Chi Technologies shares previously held through Kuang-Chi Space. Specifically, New Horizon Communication Limited (the holding company of Kuang-Chi Science Limited) completed the transfer of approximately 29.00% of its stake in Kuang-Chi Science to unrelated investors on April 10, 2025. The announcement emphasizes that this change does not affect Kuang-Chi Technologies' controlling shareholder or actual controller, and Liu Ruopeng still controls 36% of the company's shares.
