Maxwell Technologies' major shareholders adjust share pledge status

Suzhou Maxwell Technologies (SZSE:300751) announced that controlling shareholders Zhou Jian and Wang Zhengeng have undertaken share pledge adjustments. Zhou Jian newly pledged 4,700,000 shares and Wang Zhengeng made a supplementary pledge of 2,000,000 shares, amounting to 7.60% and 4.19% of their respective holdings. Concurrently, Zhou Jian released a total of 5,570,000 shares from previous pledges. Following these transactions, Zhou Jian's cumulative pledged shares stand at 21,200,000, representing 34.30% of his holdings and 7.59% of the company’s total share capital, while Wang Zhengeng's pledged shares total 9,000,000, accounting for 18.86% of his holdings and 3.22% of the company's total share capital.
