Jizhong Energy's major shareholder increases stake to 33.01%

Jizhong Energy Resources (SZSE:000937) announced that its controlling shareholder, Jizhong Energy Group, increased its stake in the company by 0.20%, reaching 33.01% of the total share capital. Between November 29, 2024, and April 7, 2025, Jizhong Energy Group acquired 7,191,800 shares through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's trading system, amounting to a total transaction value of CNY 4,158.92 million. This move reflects the controlling shareholder's confidence in Jizhong Energy Resources' future prospects, in accordance with their previously announced plans to increase their holdings by between CNY 200 million and CNY 400 million. Jizhong Energy Group has pledged not to reduce its holdings during the implementation of the plan and within the statutory period, whilst adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
