Haers' controlling shareholders plan to increase stake

Zhejiang Haers Vacuum Containers (SZSE:002615) announced that its controlling shareholders, including Ms. Lu Lizhen and Mr. Ouyang Bo, intend to increase their holdings in the company. Citing confidence in the company's sustained growth and long-term investment value, the planned increase will be executed within the next six months via centralized bidding. The total investment will range from CNY 6 million to CNY 12 million, using self-owned or self-raised funds. The shareholders will make decisions based on rational judgements of Haers' stock value. As of the announcement, Ms. Lu directly holds 20,776,500 shares (4.46% of total share capital), and Mr. Ouyang directly holds 13,843,800 shares (2.97% of total share capital).
