Eastmoney Information announces 2024 cash dividend distribution

Eastmoney Information Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300059) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the annual general meeting on April 7, 2025. Shareholders of record as of April 15, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.60 per 10 shares (inclusive of tax). The ex-date is set for April 16, 2025, and the payment date is also April 16, 2025. For Hong Kong market investors, QFII and RQFII investors dividend will be CNY 0.54 after tax. The total number of shares used for the distribution is 15,785,542,475. The dividend will be directly credited to shareholders' securities accounts through the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (CSDCC). Some A-share holders will have the cash dividend distributed by the company itself. The ex-rights price of restricted stocks will be adjusted according to the rules.
