Dong-E-Jiao shareholder increases stake to 1.17%

Dong-E-Jiao (SZSE:000423) announced that China Resources Pharmaceutical Investment, a concerted party of a controlling shareholder, has increased its stake in the company to 1.17% of the total share capital. From November 8, 2024, through April 9, 2025, China Resources Pharmaceutical Investment has cumulatively acquired 7,516,790 shares via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system. The initial plan, disclosed in December 2024, outlined an intention to increase holdings by between 1% (6,424,644 shares) and 1.2% (7,709,573 shares) of the company's total share capital within a six-month period. Dong-E-Jiao stated China Resources Pharmaceutical Investment may continue to increase their shareholding.
