CGN Power's Q1 electricity generation rises 9.25% year-over-year

CGN Power (SZSE:003816) reported a total electricity generation of approximately 60.174 billion kWh for the first quarter of 2025, marking a 9.25% increase compared to the same period last year. The total on-grid electricity volume reached 56.689 billion kWh, a 9.41% year-over-year increase. The announcement details electricity generation and on-grid volumes for various nuclear power plants operated by the company and its subsidiaries, including Daya Bay, Ling Ao, Lingdong, Yangjiang, Taishan, Fangchenggang, and Ningde. The company also highlighted that during the first quarter, five annual refueling outages were completed, and one ten-year overhaul was also finished. Additionally, CGN Power mentioned the commencement of full construction on the Lufeng Unit 1 project after achieving FCD (First Concrete Pour) in February. Further, the board has approved a cash dividend of CNY 0.95 per 10 shares.
