RiseSun Real Estate provides update on asset acquisition plan

RiseSun Real Estate Development (SZSE:002146) announced an update on its proposed acquisition of assets through the issuance of shares and a concurrent private placement. The company intends to acquire 68.39% of RongSheng Mengguli New Energy Technology, 3.17% from Beijing Rongweitong Investment Management, 1.88% from Hebei Zhonghong Kaisheng Investment and further shares from other parties, alongside a private placement of shares to no more than 35 specific targets.
