Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank: Independent director resigns

Jiangsu Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank (SZSE:002807) announced the resignation of independent director Le Yiren, effective immediately. The resignation is due to the expiration of the director's term, as Le Yiren has served as an independent director for six consecutive years, in accordance with regulatory requirements and the company's articles of association. Le Yiren also relinquishes roles on the board's related-party transaction control committee, nomination committee, and compensation committee. The bank stated that Le Yiren confirmed no disagreements with the board. Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank will appoint a new independent director.
