Hubei Energy chairman He Hongxin resigns due to job change

Hubei Energy Group Co., Ltd. announced today that Chairman of the Board He Hongxin has resigned from his position, including his roles on relevant board committees, effective April 7, 2025. According to the official statement, Mr. He's departure is due to a change in job responsibilities, and he will no longer hold any positions within the company or its subsidiaries. The company confirmed that Mr. He's resignation does not reduce the number of directors below the legal minimum and will not impact the board's normal operations. Prior to the election of a new chairman, Vice Chairman and General Manager Tu Shanfeng will temporarily assume the duties of the Chairman.
