Haid Group chairman proposes CNY 1.83bn dividend for 2024

Guangdong Haid Group (SZSE:002311) announced that it has received a proposal from its Chairman and President, Xue Hua, regarding the company’s profit distribution plan for the 2024 fiscal year. Xue Hua proposed a cash dividend of CNY 11.00 (inclusive of tax) per 10 shares to all shareholders, based on the total share capital on the record date for the implementation of the 2024 distribution plan, excluding shares held in the repurchase account. The proposed distribution amounts to approximately CNY 1.83 billion (inclusive of tax), calculated based on the company's total share capital as of December 31, 2024. The chairman has pledged to vote in favor of the proposal at the relevant meetings. The company's board will conduct a special study to formulate a specific plan to be submitted for deliberation.
