Shenzhen SC New Energy returns idle raised funds

Shenzhen SC New Energy Technology Corp (SZSE:300724) announced that it has returned all CNY 60,000,000 of idle raised funds to the designated accounts, which had been temporarily used to supplement working capital. This decision aligns with the resolution passed at the fifth meeting of the fifth board of directors on April 18, 2024. The company ensured that the use of these funds did not adversely affect the progress of its investment projects and was strictly limited to the company’s core business operations. The funds were returned by April 1, 2025, within the approved 12-month period. The company has also notified its sponsors and sponsors' representatives of the return.
