Shenzhen Beauty Star (SZSE:002243) has announced the successful issuance of its first medium-term notes (technological innovation notes) for 2025, completed on April 7, 2025. The total issuance reached CNY 700 million, with an issuance interest rate of 2.18%. The notes, officially named "25 力合科创 MTNOO1 (科创票据)," have a term of three years and will mature on April 7, 2028. The company received CNY 790 million in valid subscriptions from 9 institutions. Shanghai Banking Corporation served as the book runner and lead underwriter for the offering.
