Humon Smelting reports on use of proceeds and convertible bonds

Shandong Humon Smelting (SZSE:002237) announced updates on the deposit and actual use of proceeds from its convertible bonds in 2024, along with first-quarter 2025 convertible bond conversion activity. Guotai Junan Securities, the lead underwriter, verified that the proceeds were used in accordance with regulations. As of December 31, 2024, the company had utilized CNY 2,997,688,659.16 of the funds, including direct project investments, permanent replenishment of working capital, and payment of issuance expenses. Approximately CNY 13,953.51 remained in dedicated accounts or temporarily supplementing working capital.
