CCOOP: Shares of affiliates transferred by court order

CCOOP Group (SZSE:000564) announced that shares held by Hunan New Cooperation Industry Investment Co., Ltd. and Jining Yanzhou New Cooperation Baiyi Commerce Co., Ltd., acting in concert with the controlling shareholder Beijing Zhonghe Agricultural Credit Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., have been transferred due to a court ruling. The transfer involves 29,321,000 shares previously held by Hunan New Cooperation and 4,184,100 shares held by Jining Yanzhou. The shares were transferred to Hunan Provincial Financial Credit Asset Management Co., Ltd. at a valuation of CNY 91,803,974 to offset debts. Following the transfer, the combined holdings of Beijing Zhonghe Agricultural Credit and its concert parties decreased to 4,245,898,107 shares, representing 23.51% of CCOOP Group's total share capital. The company states that the change will not affect control of the company.
