Risen Energy shareholder Lin Haifeng pledges shares; announces prior releases

Risen Energy announced that controlling shareholder林海峰 pledged 6,500,000 shares, representing 2.30% of his holdings and 0.57% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, dated April 2, 2025, is for supplemental financing with财通证券股份公司(Caitong Securities). At the same time the company disclosed release of previous share pledges in April 2025: 11,600,000 shares on April 4th, 2,500,000 on April 5th, 3,000,000 on April 28th, and 3,050,000 on April 29th. Following these transactions, 林海峰 directly holds 282,998,377 Risen Energy shares, representing 24.82% of the total outstanding shares. The pledged shares account for 45.26% of his holdings and 11.23% of the company's total share capital. Risen Energy states that this pledge does not pose significant risks to company control or operations.
