Maccura Biotechnology updates on idle funds cash management

Maccura Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300463) announced that it has redeemed maturing wealth management products and has reinvested a portion of its idle raised funds. The company redeemed CNY 6,000,000 of principal, generating an actual return of CNY 279,800. Following this, Maccura reinvested CNY 5,000,000 of idle raised funds into a new wealth management product offered by the Bank of China Chengdu Shudu Branch, with an expected annualized return rate between 0.85% and 2.50%, starting April 3, 2025 and maturing on July 4, 2025. The company confirms that the cash management activities will not impact the progress of its raised fund investment projects or its core business operations.
