Jiawei Renewable secures credit with subsidiary guarantee

Jiawei Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300317) announced that it will continue to apply for a CNY 31.07 million comprehensive credit line from the Shenzhen Branch of Jiangsu Bank, with a term of 12 months. The credit includes CNY 21.07 million for existing photovoltaic power generation projects and CNY 10.00 million in working capital loans. The credit line is guaranteed by Jiawei (Shanghai) Photovoltaic Power Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary. As of the announcement date, the company's total guarantee amount, including its consolidated subsidiaries, is CNY 54,869.31 million, representing 29.54% of the company's audited net assets attributable to shareholders of the listed company in 2023. The company stated that it has no overdue external guarantees or litigation-related guarantee amounts.
