Ganfeng Lithium adjusts guarantees to bolster subsidiary projects

Ganfeng Lithium has announced a series of guarantee adjustments and new provisions aimed at facilitating the development of its subsidiary projects. The company's shareholders initially approved a total guarantee line of CNY 2,060,000,000 in March 2024. To optimize resource allocation, Ganfeng International's unused guarantee line of CNY 10,000,000 for Litio Minera Argentina S.A. is being transferred to Mali Lithium B.V.
