Hybribio Biotech shareholder Yunnan Zhonghe relieves share pledge

Guangdong Hybribio Biotech Co., Ltd. announced that shareholder Yunnan Zhonghe Enterprise Management has completed the release of a share pledge. The release involved 690,000 shares previously pledged to Hontop Securities on April 18, 2024. The shares were released on April 2, 2025, due to a stock pledge repurchase. Following the release, Yunnan Zhonghe holds 40,147,564 Hybribio shares, representing 6.40% of the total share capital, and 2,983,000 shares representing 74.3% of it holdings remain pledged. The company stated that there are no risks of forced liquidation associated with the remaining pledged shares.
