Yankershop Food shareholder Zhang Xue Wen re-pledges shares

Yankershop Food Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002847) announced today that shareholder Zhang Xue Wen has released 2,674,000 shares from pledge, representing 6.37% of his holdings and 0.98% of the company's total share capital, with the release effective April 1, 2025. Concurrently, Zhang Xue Wen pledged 2,600,000 shares, representing 6.20% of his holdings and 0.95% of the company's total share capital, to Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. on March 31, 2025, for personal funding needs. As of the announcement, Zhang Xue Wen's cumulative pledged shares amount to 12,915,000, accounting for 30.78% of his total holdings in Yankershop. The company maintains that this pledge does not represent a change in control, and will not materially impact the business.
