Xuerong Bio: Convertible bonds converted, stock increased in Q1 2025

Shanghai Xuerong Bio-Technology (SZSE:300511) reported that CNY 214,287,800 of its "Xuerong Convertible Bonds" were converted into 52,264,669 shares of company stock during Q1 2025. Following this conversion, the total number of shares outstanding increased to 551,084,347. As of March 31, 2025, the remaining outstanding convertible bonds stand at CNY 369,550,700. The conversion period for "Xuerong Convertible Bonds" is from January 4, 2021, to June 23, 2026, with a current conversion price of CNY 4.10 per share.
