Xinjiang Communications Construction Group (SZSE:002941) announced that shareholder Xinjiang TBEA Group reduced its holdings in the company by 8,690,445 shares, representing 1.35% of the total share capital. The transaction was carried out through a combination of centralized bidding and block trades between January 26, 2024, and April 1, 2025. Following the reduction, Xinjiang TBEA Group continues to hold over 5% of the company's shares, retaining its position as a major shareholder, with holdings of 65,984,201 shares representing 10.23% of the total share capital. The company confirmed that the shareholding change would not affect the control structure or the company's operations.
